Spring Time with Simple Stems

It is really starting to feel like Spring.  I even heard the birds chirping this morning.  It seems like a long time since we could go outside without bundling up.  For club, I wanted to do a card that just made me feel like spring.  Because this card could be used for many different occasions, I left the sentiment off, so it could be personalized by every one.

Here is the product that we used in this card:

We started off with the stamp set Simple Stems.

We used this stamp set and stamped in the Crisp Cantaloupe three times onto Whisper White.  We fancy cut the flowers and put on with dimentionals onto the layered ovals.  I used the Oval Framelits.

I also used the New Hexagon Hive Thinlits.  I cut it diagonally and used it for two cards.

I also used the very versatile Bird punch, and punched out the leaves and stems in Pistachio Pudding.

Although, I would love to go outside to start cleaning, I have to put my finishing touches on the Cards for a Cause event.

Have a wonderful day.

Stampingly,

Diane

Do like using the Stampin' Up Markers?  I love the way that they work when you colour directly onto the stamp.  We did a project at the Stamp Camp that we used this technique.  All you have to do, is color directly onto the rubber, huff (breathe onto the stamp), and stamp onto the paper. …
