La Casa Wrap Up

Due to the intermittent internet connections at the retreat, I couldn't do my post yesterday.  The last full day was awesome. A lot of the ladies went shopping, but we stayed and got some things done.  I worked on the cards that were left over from the Cards  for a Cause.  I had planned on doing some mixed media, but worked on flowers instead.  Kathy showed me how to make one of the flowers.  Once I master them, I will show you some of the beautiful flowers.  I thought that I would share some pictures from the retreat.  I got so busy that I forgot to take more pictures.

Nel is a pro at these things.  I must take some lessons on what to bring to these things.

Danika Moore was making a necklace with her Washi Tape.  Actually, this is how she stores it.

There were people making quilts, doing canvas art, doing organizing, card making, scrapbooking and some just visiting.

I met some new friends and learned lots of stuff.  A huge thank you to Chelsea for putting this on.  Also thank you for Kathy for suggesting that we do this.

I had a blast and enjoyed relaxing and creating.

Back off to the real world.  I hope you have a wonderful day.
