What a Blast

A huge thank you to all the ladies that attended our second Cards for a Cause Event that we had on Saturday.  We were helping to raise money for the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation.  We have a very active Chapter here in Kamloops.  We were fortunate to have Mary Jane Finch, president, of this Chapter to join us and provide information about this often silent disease.

Mary Jane and Karen greeted the ladies as they came into the event.   Also would like to thank Sue for looking after the refreshment table.

The ladies made 9 different cards.  I will show you some of them in the coming posts.  We also had many donations for prizes.  Thanks to all of those that donated a prize.  We had so many, that everyone won a prize.

There was no time limits and most of the ladies stayed for the full day.  Instructions were given to anyone that wanted it.  We had lots of new stampers and many seasoned stampers as well.

Next event is October 18th and we will  be raising money for Alzheimer's.  Save the date!

Have a great Monday.

Stampingly,

Diane
