Stained Mosaic Technique

At club, I always try to do a technique from the Technique Book (this book is  provided to all Club Members).  This month's club I repeated a technique that I used in my first Club Group. It is called the Stained Mosaic Technique. I went with a totally different design.  Last time I used soft muted colors of gray, pink and green.  This time I wanted to shake it up a bit.  I used Island Indigo and Lucky Limeade. When I saw the Stamp set, Postage Due, found on page 108 of the annual catalogue, I knew I had to do this technique again.

Here is the card that we did.

I just love these colors together. Gonna be sad when they retire next year.

Getting ready for the Stamp Camp this weekend.  There is a lot of paper cutting going on.
