I hope everyone has a great Canada Day Celebration today.  After the storms of yesterday, I hope that the weather smartens up for today's celebration.  What do you do on Canada Day?  I am going to craft and then craft some more.

Last weekend, I spent a day with some very talented ladies and did some mixed media.  What is mixed Media?  It is where you combine at least 2 mediums in some form.

When I saw this in a parking lot, I just had to take a picture of it.  This is true mixed media.  LOL

You should see the texture on this van.

Originally for the Mixed Media, I had thought of them duplicating what I had done, but they were so talented that it was best to let everyone create their own masterpieces.  Wow  is all that I can say.

Here are some pictures in progress.

Tomorrow, I will share some of the finished projects.  I can't wait to see the finished project of Irene's Monarch Butterfly.

Off to create something I hope.

Have a great day.  Happy 148th Birthday Canada.

Stampingly,

Diane
