Grandma time
Nothing is sweeter to the ear than when you hear the words Gramma come from a Grandchild. Last weekend, Rob, Karoline and Eve came for a visit. Karoline spent a long time going through pictures of everyone making sure that Eve would not play too shy with them when they all came for dinner. I met Rob and Eve at the airport. She is such a great little girl and so smart. One thing that we did, was feed the animals. Kinda sounds like I have a lot, but I don't. Of course I have Takita, or Kita as Eve called her. I have a fish pond in my back yard. After I showed her the fish, she wanted everyone to go feed the fish with her. Here is a picture of Eve, Takita and I waiting by the Fish Pond for the fish to come to eat.
Little did we know, Daddy had just fed them. Eve just loves animals and goes to the Calgary Zoo all the time. I decided to take her to the Petting Park out here in Westsyde. Great place to take kids that love to be close to animals. Make sure you take lots of food for them, or you can always buy it there. The goats were a big hit with her.
She was a little scared at the beginning but once she found out that they didn't bite, she really got into it.
And there is always one in the bunch that thinks outside the box. Literally !
This one jumped right up beside a feeding box. That is one smart goat.
Looks like he does it all the time.
Stampingly,
Diane
What a cutie she is, you must be so Proud,I must find out where that place is so I can take my great-niece, I don`t think she has seen a Real goat and to feed them, what a thrill.
I would like to know where the petting zoo is in Westsyde too so I can take Rob!!! He is like a little kid around animals.
So cute and growing up so fast.
