Embossing Resist with Stampin Up Canvas Creations

Yesterday at club, we did the Embossing Resist with the Canvas Creations that Stampin Up sells in the Spring Catalogue on page 21.  Item # 120375

This item has often been missed in this Catalogue.  I love the texture of it.  When you see this Canvas, it has two definite sides to it.  For this technique we used the smoother shiny side.  Here is the card that we created.

I also used three other stamp sets:  Serene Silhouettes item # 127324  , Creative Elements item # 122647 and the Best of Birthdays item # 132929.

One of the ladies that came yesterday is a scrapbooker.  She is taking this card and turning it into a page.  I can't wait to see it.

Just a reminder:  I am collecting finished cards with envelopes for the Hospice Society here in Kamloops.  Stampin Up collects cards for the Ronald MacDonald House, but they request that it is only Stampin Up supplies.  In order to involve everyone, I am collecting cards using all product.  Going forward I am going to put a running count of the number of cards in the top part of this Blog.  Thank you to Norma for starting us out with 37 cards.  Wow.   I hope you can help me donate to the Hospice Society.
