Dinner Place Cards

One thing that I like to make is Place Cards for special occasions. I make these cards when there is a family or friend's dinner that we have a sit down affair.  In January, we celebrated Spike and Jacquie's Birthday.  This is an annual January event.  It usually has 10-14 people that come from or are associated with Sugar Loaf Ranch.  To go along with the theme, I try to make something that is apropos to either the occasion or the people coming.  I am starting to have a hard time coming up with ideas, but an idea finally came.  I made a belt and buckle.

I used the Faux Metal Technique.  The stamp set is a retired set from Stampin Up, Bronc Buster Buster.  Other items used:

Paper:  Early Expresso, Soft Suede

Assessories:  Gold and Black Embossing powder, Glassy Glaze, Finial Press Embossing Folder.

Tomorrow I will share other Place Cards that I have made.

'Til later,

Diane
