Painted Poppies – Quick and Simple Card
There is nothing like a quick and duplicatable card. Today, I will be showing you a card that you can just change up the technique on the poppies and get a different look. Also this would be a good sketch to use to make a card using other DSP and stamp set. Hmmmm I should do a sketch a week. Sketch Challenge. …..? That is food for thought.
For the card we did today, I just used stamps to colour the Poppy. We used the Stampin Blends in my Colouring Club. I love the quickness and simplicity of just stamping the colour. Here is the card. I will include a supply list below.
The measurements for this card are:
Poppy Parade CS: 5 ½” x 8 ½” Scored at 4 ¼”
Whisper White: 3 ¼” x 4 ¼” to cut these out
Basic Black: 3 ¼” square, strip of ½” scraps
Pear Pizzazz: 2 ¼” x 4 ¼”
Peaceful Poppies DSP: 2 ¾” x 5 ¼”
I also did a short video showing How to make the card:

Now can you see how you can have a different looking card by just changing up the DSP and Stamp. Or for that matter changing what you do with the stamp.
If you live in Canada, I would love to be your demonstrator! You can click on the supply list below to order any of these items through my online shop.
