2010 is Almost Over

With a few hours left in this year, I just wanted to share some of my Christmas cards that I did in a couple of classes.

In this class we made five or ten cards depending on the selected class.  The first one on the right was made with Dasher, the wide Grosgrain Ribbon and a Build a Brad.  We also used the shimmery paint mixed with the Early Expresso Reinker.  The second card we made with the Big Shot and embossing folder.  The tree shape was done with a piece of cardboard in a triangle shape. Email me if you want to know the sandwich that I used with the Big Shot.   The cardstock was Very Vanilla, Brushed Gold and Soft Suede.  The third card was a Pink Card.  I always make at least one pink card for Christmas.  I used the Bells and Boughs Stamp set and colored the embossed image.  The fourth card was by far the easiest of all.  I embossed the Marina Mist with the Northern Flurries Embossing Folder.  I used the Whispering White Craft Ink and the Distressing Kit to rub over the raised embossed area.  You really can't see in the Picture, but the Ornament is made from three images that is punched to give a three dimensional image.  I also used the Rhinestones and Dazzling Diamonds .  The last card was made with the Welcome Christmas stamp set.  It was stamped with Crumb Cake, Cherry Cobbler and Early Espresso.  The sponging just finished off this card.

This was another card that I gave.   This was a more difficult class.  It obviously had a Red Theme to it.

I hope all of you have a Happy New Year!  'Til next year.

Cheers,

Diane
