What a party!!!

It is always sad when Convention comes to an end.  You have to say goodbye to so many people.  The closing ceremonies were very emotional.  We found out that next year's Convention is in the week of July 14th right in Salt Lake City.  I plan on attending again but doing a whole week of stamping.

The Canada Inks Up team is amazing and most of us went out for dinner last night.  Alison Solven is a great leader of this motley crew.  And our direct Leader, Elaine Paget is as well.  Kinda sounds like a Enterprise Ship doesn't it?  Must be tired if I am comparing us to Star Trek, but hey we have gone where no other's have gone. Here is a picture of the crew.

Prize patrol was awesome this year.  Every participant won something and the last people to win, won EVERY stamp set in the new Holiday Catalogue .  Wowzers is all I can say.

Also found out that Leadership is in Houston Texas in January.  I hope I can make the trip. I need to hit a certain level to go.

I wish I had time to sew. This is an inspiration to do something else though.  hmmmmmm  the creative juices are flowing.

Off to the airport.  It is going to be a long day, but I hope that I can see Eve and Keira when I get to Calgary.  And Rob and Karoline.  Sorry guys, but you know what I meant.  I will be glad to get home and start creating.
