Here is a really neat swing card variation with the Pop 'n Cuts base, that is exclusive to Stampin' Up, item # 130099.  With a few cuts and folds, you can get a swing card like this.

 At first, this may be an intimidating card, but after a try or two, it really is quite simple once you practice.  Here is another view of the card.

The stamp set, Wishing You, item # 131751 in clear, can also be used for a birthday card as well.  This stamp set will only be available until January 2.
