Swallowtail meets Crayon Resist

When I first saw this amazing stamp called Swallowtail, all I could think of was the Crayon Resist Technique.  So in Club this month we used this stamp set.

Swallowtail

I suggest that you try to ask your kids or grandchildren for the white crayon out of their crayon box.  I am sure that it is the sharpest crayon in the box.

Here is the card that we did using Island Indigo, Basic Black and Glossy Card Stock.

And something that was asked at the last crop was what ink was used on this part.

Yes, it is our Stampin Up foam pads.  Remember the old ones that used to slip on the glossy card stock.  These ones don't.

Here is another variation using So Saffron, Daffodil Delight and Pumpkin Pie Colours.

I keep forgetting about this technique.

Now for a Sneak Announcement…….  I am going to be involved in two Fundraisers.  One for Alzheimer's in October and one for the Crohn's and Colitis in the Spring.  Stay tuned.

Stampingly,

Diane
