It’s official, Winnipeg!!!

Things have gone so fast in the past 2 weeks, but Rob, Karoline, Eve and Keira will be making their new home in Winnipeg.  Further away for me, but an awesome opportunity and adventure for them.  Their house is listed in Calgary.  They are the official owners of the Old Spaghetti Factory in the Forks in Winnipeg.  Here are some pictures that Karoline sent to me.

I can't wait to see it.  Rob says that it has a more authentic feel to it.  Judging by these next pictures, I can say that it has the feel of the one in Gastown.

I am loving the look of this one.

This next one looks interesting as well.

The antiques that these restaurants have are amazing.  I will miss the one in Calgary that they converted into a fish bowl.  I guess I won't see Winnipeg until Christmas as long as I can get my flight reservations changed.  I keep saying that it doesn't pay to be organized.  LOL  What a time to visit Winnipeg…. the winter.  UGH!!

Off to work and then have a weekend full of crafting.  I will be working on the 3 most involved swaps.  I have the ideas for 2 of the 3 projects.  That is half the work.

Have a wonderful day.

Stampingly,

Diane

I wish I could show you last month's ATC, but in my attempt to organize I have put them in a safe spot.  Obviously in a very safe spot.  This month's theme was "anything that moves".  I must say, the opportunities were endless.  I took one of my favorite SAB stamps, Feeling Sentimental, and made…

  1. So sorry that they are going to be so far away from you! I have one son and his family living in Virginia and we rarely get together – maybe every second or third year. I see the family in Calgary way more often. Love the Spagetti Factory pictures! What a great place to call home!
