Welcome to Festive Friday #0143 World Card Making Day
World Cardmaking Day is Celebrated on the first Saturday in October.. This is the day when we all get together and make cards. There are lots of FREE Events. Check out the one below. Here is the Inspo List that is used to complete this Challenge.
The goal is to simply use three or more items from the inspiration list on your project and link up! #festivefridaychallenge At Festive Friday, you do not need to actually celebrate the occasion. I hope you’ll make a card, scrapbook page or 3-D project and join us. You don’t need a blog to enter Festive Friday. Check out this link on how you can play along with this challenge. If you want help entering, please email me at stampinwithdiane@telus.net and I’d be happy to help you! Again, your entry doesn’t have to have anything to do World Card Making DAy. I actually really conformed with the Inspo List again but kinda stretched it again.
Here is my card.
I used the Festive and Fun. Stamp Set. My 3 from the Inspo list are: Bright Colours, Sequins and Layers. These colours are so bright and it was a great challenge for me.
Here are the measurements for the card for easy reference.
Poppy Parade: 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" scored @ 4 1/4" , for scalloped die cut
Basic White: 3 3/4" x 5 1/2" for inside, 3 1/2" x 4" for images
Merry Bold and Bright DSP: 4" x 5 1/2"

New Monthly Christmas Card Club and Class for September
I have just added a new Monthly card club that last 5 months. It is all about Christmas. Come join me for 5 months of making cards for Christmas. You will make 6 cards – 3 different designs and the cards will be using different stamp sets. This is an in person class only.

Announcing my Monthly Club Class for October:
Card Club for October will be using the New Stars 2 Night . It will be available as an In Person option (due to space this will be limited and will be by a first come first serve basis) or by mail or to go! Each month I will focus on a bundle or stamp set. Sign up for month to month or just the months you want to participate.
Club will include 3 cards with envelopes, 1/2 package of the Dsp, Star embellishments, 1/2 roll of each Navy Glitter ribbon, and a PDF file for you to duplicate the cards if you wish. You will use this DSP and these Embellishments to make your cards.
Cost: $45 in Person or $50 Mailed
I have also added on another option for people attending in person. You can choose at least $40 of product and receive the class for free
In person club will use my stamp set and ink.
By mail – you have the option to add on the stamp set or bundle or use your own.

In person class is held on the last Sunday of each month 10am to noon Pacific or 1-3pm Pacific. (Masks may be mandatory as well as any other requirements mandated by the Provincial Health Officer) I am requesting that you also be vaccinated.
Kits will be mailed out around the 3rd Sunday of the month. If you subscribe for 6 consecutive months you will get a a choice of $25 in Product.
