Festive Friday #0099 – New Year’s Day – Stitched Stars Dies © Stampin’ Up! ®

Another Festive Friday Challenge.

Welcome to the Festive Friday Challenge.  Every second Friday we post a challenge for you with a specific theme and an Inspo List of 10 items to choose from to create your project.

This week's Challenge is #FF0099 – New Years Day.

Your goal is to simply use three or more items from the inspiration list on your project and link up! #festivefridaychallenge  At Festive Friday, you do not need to actually celebrate the occasion. I hope you’ll make a card, scrapbook page or 3-D project and join us. You don’t need a blog to enter Festive Friday. Mine actually has to do with the New Year's Eve Celebration

Most times I do not make it to Midnight in Western Canada, but I celebrate with my kids in Eastern Canada.  Must be that age thing.

So here is my card.  The three Inspo items that I used were Black, Silver and Stars.  I actually used more, like Rhinestones, Die Cuts and Emboss.   I will make sure that I include the supply list below.

Do you celebrate New Years?

Here are the measurements for this simple card.

Basic Black:  5 1/2" x 8 1/2" scored @ 4 1/4", 3 1/4" x 3 1/4" for the Star and cut out the insides out for the other 2 stars

Basic White: 2 @ 4" x 5 1/4", 2 1/8" x 2 1/8" for star.

Silver Foil: 3 1/2" x 5" for the stars

The card was very simple and I actually used the Inspo List for my Mystery Challenge.  I did a live You Tube for it.  It is here.
