A Beautiful Day
Yesterday, I spent a beautiful day out in the Country. I don't always get to go, but every Labour Day it is tradition to go to Brenda and Uli's for dinner after the Barriere Fall Fair. They have a beautiful home just off of the road going to Sun Peaks. It appears that the tradition of going to the Fair has dropped, but the dinner and gathering hasn't. We also went to a cabin on their property near by.
Brenda and Uli built the cabin and have used some of his treasured antiques where they could. Check out the window and his old Cowboy Hat.
The gutters are from Quilchena and the old tools are some of his antique gems. What a beautiful and peaceful place. And from the porch, this is what you see.
Image this in the fall with the leaves turning?
Have a great day. I am planning on playing in my craft room today.
Stampingly,
Diane
